NBA 2013 MOCK DRAFT

Calls
I bear great news for you guys! My agent was contacted by the General Managers of Minnesota, Indiana and Oklahoma City! My agent arranged the meeting to be tomorrow 12 in the afternoon for the Timberwolves, 3 PM for the Pacers and 6 PM for the Thunder. I hope to give them a piece of my mind when they interview me tomorrow.
I will surely consider my option with the Thunder and Pacers, I'm not really sure if I'm a fit for the Timberwolves as they have Rubio as a solid point guard and I don't want to slide down to the Shooting Guard position anytime soon.
I'll probably record their questions and my answers tomorrow for you guys to know what it is like to be interviewed by your soon-to-be General Manager.
Wish me luck, guys!
Minnesota Timberwolves Interview
Q1: Are you willing to spend your entire career as a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves?
A1 :I don’t know. I’m still so young and I’ve never played a single minute in the NBA yet, so I can’t tell you that I will play with my entire NBA career for one team.
Q2 : What do you think of your play tonight?
A2 : I felt pretty good. Could’ve shot the ball better and done some things a little better. All in all, I think I did ok.
Indiana Pacers Interview
Q1: What do you want to improve as you jump to the next level?
A1: My focus and mental toughness. I need to study the game and watch the other players play in front of me and learn. I also need to learn from the veteran guys so I can step in and contribute.
Q2: If you were a GM, where would you draft yourself?
A2: I would play for you guys. I think that this Pacers team needs a solid point guard and I think I’ll fit in with your strategies.
Oklahoma City Thunder Interview
Q1: We have a solid point guard in Russ, do you think you can move on to the shooting guard role and play alongside Russ?
A1: I’m more than willing to do anything to help the team once you draft me. I’m willing to put in mu time, learn a new position, and ultimately I know I’ll be a better player because of it.
Q2: What do you want to be known after you retire?
A2: The Greatest Of All Time.
Commercial!
So, hello guys! Last night was a blast as the GMs were pretty much hounding me as they questioned every bit of my talent and all that. So anyways, I was exhausted and tired so I just went to sleep after I got home last night. But you guys ain’t going to believe me but…… I just got featured on a magazine! YES, a magazine! The best part was that it was ESPN Canada. There was mail when I checked the mail box and I wasn’t expecting this, to be honest. Wow, I guess this is what they call the NBA life. I’m now hyped, guys! I hope to see you tonight for the NBA DRAFT!
Opened the mail today and look at this! Thank you @ESPN for featuring me and other Canadian rookies in the latest ESPN Magazine!

NBA 2013 DRAFT NIGHT RESULTS
With the first pick in the 2013 NBA DRAFT, the Cavaliers selected forward Anthony Bennett. He is a rather risky pick by Cleveland as he has some injuries in his leg and back in the past. A very intriguing pick for the Cavs.
With the second pick in this draft, the Magic selected Oladipo. A good fit for a rebuilding team just like Orlando.
......................
With the 23rd pick of the 2013 NBA DRAFT, the Indiana Pacers selected point guard, Kevin Parker. Parker is a 6-5 guard from Canada. Many have been intrigued by his potential and talent after he put on a show in this year’s DRAFT COMBINE. He will surely be a great fit for the Pacers and can possibly replace George Hill as the starting Point Guard.
I GOT PICKED!
Oh my god, guys! I got picked by Indiana! I got a chance to meet and talk with NBA Commissioner David Stern and I was also interviewed by the media. What an unforgettable experience. All of you guys that were there went crazy when my name was called, thanks for the support guys.
So now, I'm going to play for the Pacers Nation and prove myself worth of their draft pick. I was welcomed by star guard, Paul George and Roy Hibbert to the team as they both got a hold of my cellphone number and greeted me congratulations. I hope to have a great time in Indiana and wish me luck, guys!
Official PACER!
What's up guys! It's been awhile since I've updated you to what has happened to me the last few weeks.
Let's start off with the contract offer and the team meeting. I just signed a contract for the Pacers, making me earn a million's worth of dollars and after that, our General Manager decided to welcome me to the team by introducing me to the staff and of course the players, personally. They all seem to be accepting me and they seemed to be happy about it.
Then after a week of break, PRACTICE. I.HAVE.NEVER.FELT.SO.TIRED.IN.MY.LIFE. Maybe I was just getting fat on all the nuggets that I ate yesterday but damn, I felt so tired after that. Knowing that we only practiced for about 3 hours just gives me one simple thing to think about. NBA is different compared to the NCAA.
Which brings us back here. I am tired. I cant move a single limb in my body. I am just forcing my fingers to do this and Siri has been helping me type this. Anyways, hope you guys have a good day tomorrow! I can't wait for the NBA season to START!
Yeah. Its been great. I've played 3 games now and Stephenson and George has been great. They fit perfectly to my "flow ". As for hibbert, he had one game where he only had 2 rebounds. Anyways, thanks for stopping by.unitas9 wrote:Thats awesome to get drafted by Indiana! do work alongside George, Stephenson, & West!
Billboard Invitation!
Hey guys! Just stopping by for you guys to see this invitation that the Pacer's GM sent to me this morning. It's a freakin' invitation to put my face on a billboard in town! Why would I refuse this amazing invitation? I'll tweet the photo later when I go out to drive to the gym. Hopefully, I'll find my awesome face around town. See you guys later!
Found this gem 'round town while I was drivin' to get some food. Good morning @PacerNation! Thanks so much for your unending support for me, guys!
