Thanks for the positive feedbacks guys. Thinking of adding some tweaks on the recap to improve it.

MIAMI (AP)—Before the game culminated, the fans was relaxed on their seat and watching their team doing their warmups. It was their home opener, and it turned out great.

Jameer Nelson tallied 17 points and five assists, but the whole team couldn’t get into a rhythm and didn’t have an answer for the Miami Heat’s potent offensive attack. The Magic came out losing 97-86 in OT.

"They are just tough to beat I think, we couldn't find a solution to their unstoppable offense." Nelson said.

Magic had the advantage in the first by closing it with a score 28-22. They shoot 10 out of their 16 attempts while the Heat just nailed 9 of 19. The 'Super Friends Show' started on the second, LeBron James scored a game-high 32 points and grabbed eight rebounds all in all, while Dwayne Wade poured in 20 of his own.

Highlights play was all over, dunks, acrobatic layups, the Heat seems inevitable.

After the first half, the score was tied 44-44 a piece. Magic started the third by three consecutive bombs from trifector brought by J.J. Redick who had 16 points at the end, Heat got answers whatever the Magic throw to them. Carlos Arroyo scored his all 10 points in the third and also dished 11 assists.

And to cut things short, merely 2 seconds on the clock, the Magic leading by two, it's not LeBron or Wade, the considered to be third scoring option of the Heat Chris Bosh nailed a tough fade away jumper in front of Howard and send the game to OT. CB4 had a monster game of his own, 17 points and including 16 rebounds.

James scored 9 points in the OT and punished the Magic by outscoring them 11-0. Dwight Howard had a decent game, 15 points and five rebounds, while both Vince Carter and Rashard Lewis struggled in the floor by only scoring 11 and 8 respectively.

I think there's something wrong with the box scores, might want to check that out. ;)

Anyway, you did better then the Magic in real life, so props on the narrow defeat. :P

LeBron is one heck of a player, so is Wade. I can contain Bosh, but Wade And LeBron are just awesome.

Thanks for pointing that out Martti.. Indeed, Heat just killed them IRL. I suck at my offense, I can barely attack the basket with Carter, though I'm enjoying my sliders.

Bosh is hard to defend too, can hit the mid range, and can post you whole day. It's a nice game for me.

Tough game for you, that Bosh buzzer beater had to feel heartbreaking. 11-0 in OT is bitter too.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Perfect preseason, new arena, some new guys, and definitely a new season.

It started suitably for a team with such towering expectations as the Magic crushed the Washington Wizards, 120-89, in their regular season opener on Thursday at the new Amway Center.

Vince Carter had 26 points on a 8-11 shooting to lift the Magic to an easy victory over the Washington Wizards in the debut of No. 1 overall pick John Wall who had just 12 points along with eight assists.

“It’s always a nice feeling to open a new building and get a nice win first and foremost," Vince Carter said.

After finishing the preseason perfect (7-0) and won by an average margin of 25 points, Magic showed their dominance in both ends of the floor. They shoot 14-30 from three while Wizards just nailed one of their 18 attempts.

Dwight Howard finished the night with a double-double, 21 points, 18 rebounds along with 5 block shots, while Rashard Lewis registered 18 points. Ryan Anderson contributed 10 points while Jameer Nelson had eight points and seven assists.

The Wizards were simply no match. But Gilbert Arenas coming from a dismal season, led the Wizards with 25 points and seven assists, but he committed seven turnovers. Josh Howard chipped in 15 points and grabbed eight boards, while Kirk Hinrich leave the game midway third after his achilles was torn.

The Magic will travel down to South Beach for an epic showdown with the Super Friends and the Miami Heat. It’s the home opener for the Heat and it will be the first time the two Sunshine State rivals collide since Miami’s big offseason additions.

The old guys in league seems like bugging with injuries again.

will not available on specific time. Pierce had sprained finger and
will be out for 1-2 weeks, while The Big Leprachaun broke his ankle
and will be on the injury list for approximately 6-8 weeks.
