:arrow: G- J. Kidd/ 17pts, 2reb, 6ast

.::Post Game Summary::.

The statistics tell it all. Shaquille O' Neal getting 8 BLOCKS!!! Wade being the ONLY player to score 20+ points. This obviously was not the revenge the Nets had in mind. once again, the trio of Kidd, Carter and Jefferson all scored more than half of their teams total points. Not a good sign almost ending the month. Shaq almost getting a triple double, haha in points rebounds and blocks? haha...thatd be a first for me. Maybe when Miami plays New Jersey again. But until then, good job Miami and good luck New jersey.

*MUST READ*

I kinda went overboard with the amount of games I played because I had too much free time on my hands lol. So instead of doing my regular recap layout, I will be just giving you guys the list of games I played (and simmed) and from there I will continue my regular layout style. I just didn't want to do my layouts for the 8 games because that would take too much time so yeah, sorry and enjoy! :D

In an attempt to continue to strengthen their PF depth, the Miami Heat have agreed to terms with the Lakers to trade away Damon Jones (PG) for young and upcoming Brian Cook (PF). Terms of the trade were not disclosed.

.::The Trade::.

Lakers Get:

:arrow: Damon Jones

.::The Skinny::.

Brian Cook? Why Brian Cook? Those will be the questions asked by interviewers during upcoming interviews with Pat Riley. Luckily, ESPN was able to get the skinny on the reasoning.

ESPN- Coach Riley. One question, Why Brian Cook?

:arrow: Riley- Hahaha. It's easy, we needed a strong impact, "the future" projected power forward and we got one. Brian Cook may not look like much but he is one hell of a defensive player and deadly from behind the arc. And if you can combine a good defensive powerforward with a lethal 3pt shot, you got a decent well rounded power forward coming off the bench along with the Nikoloz. and thats that!

ESPN- Thank you Coach Riley and good luck with your so far excellent season.

:arrow: Riley- Thank you and thanks for the support.

.::Post Game Summary::.

This was the game we wanted to see! 10 lead changes in the 4th Quarter! Nothing says competition than two teams thriving for a win over the other. But in the end, Miami came out on top with a game winning shot by Alonzo Mourning with 5.9 seconds left on the clock (assist goes to Udonis Haslem). Udonis Haslem snatched his 5th season double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Dwyane Wade added 22 points and Shaq, who had trouble in the game with 2 early 1st quarter fouls, a 3rd early 2nd quarter foul and 5 fould in the 3rd pretty much had to sit out, added 10 points and 4 boards. Once again it was Carmelo, martin and Lenard leading the squad to such a close game with a combo of 45 points for their squad. Camby who only had 2 points will need to step it up because Shaq was barely in the game! But good game and nice win for Miami.

nice to c me #1 in the poll! anyways, i don't think u need this trade! cook is a great back up PF! and who will play this role if u'll take Wallace? walker? i think he would do a better work when he starts as SF! anyways - this is your decision!

As Pat Riley continures his concern for Antoine Walker as he is not helping in no way, Pat Riley put his two big men on the line in order to receive a solid SF. With that he brought in Gerald Green of the Boston Celtics and Justin Reed and sent away Nikoloz Tskitishvili and Brian Cook. Terms of the Trade were not disclosed. When asked about the trade Riley said, we ismply needed something at the small ofrward position that Walker isnt quite giving us right now. And i think Gerald has just what we need to run our fast paced offense.

.::Post Game Summary::.

What a lopsided victory with Miami winning 110-88. This was not Dallas' day at all. On the defense, the Heat stole the ball 12 times to Dallas' 2 steals. Most of the points however came from the foul. With Miami only fouling Dallas 7 times and Dallas 21 times! This proved to be Heat domination as Dwyane has his double-double, Shaq had his 3 blocks and the young rookie Gerald Green shot up in doublt digits in his debut as a Miami Heat starter over Antoine Walker. With this being the last game for Miami before the Month is over, look for preparations for there next upcoming games, news from the All-Star Week next month and much much more...

.::Game 33 Preview @ Philadelphia::.

:arrow: Samuel Dalembert is injured. With that, the 76ers have no dominant Center to take over. All they have is C-Webb, but does he have what it takes to take on the Big Diesel? Also, Riley changed the rosters with Fajardo starting over Williams due to quickness of Allen Iverson. So Jon Fajardo, probably one of the quickest players in the league and Iverson probably one of the quickest and most agile player in the league will clash together- so keep an eye out for that. Watch as Dwyane Wade an Co. look to continue their 5-game winning streak.

.::Post Game Summary::.

This game well- let's put it this way: Miami had 32 assists, Philly 13. Miami had 14 Offensive Rebounds, Phille had 7. Maybe the injury to Samuel Dalembert was more serious than we thought because Shaq was eating up everyone with his 4 blocks, making him the new leader for the 5th time this season in total blocks with 56! This game was all for the big men as Haslem and O'Neal combined for 42 and Wade and Green combined for 30. Fajardo had himself yet another great game as he dished out 15 assists!!! The next A.I? not yet- still needs to work on his shooting. But this game was Miami all the way- no doubt about it.

An unsuspecting injury will test the Miami Heat roster, although it won't be that serious but Jason Williams was injured during last nights game against Minnesota where he collided with Keven Garnett during a fast break run. Garnett, unharmed- but J. Will suffered a bruised knee which wont allow him to miss games but will put him on the bench until he is 100%. This will place Jon Fajardo in the starting position and Jason Williams coming off the bench. We'll see if the injury will affect J. Will's performance.

.::Game 35 Preview @ Portland::.

:arrow: In their last meeting, the Heat put up some good number against Portland: Wade had 30 Shaq had 26 plus 5 blocks and 9 boards. This game shouldnt be much of a thriller. Jon Fajardo will be starting in place of Jason Williams and will provide Miami with an early speed advantage. Look for a good matchup between Sebastian Telfair and Jon Fajardo. As for the Center position, look for Shaq to dominate Theo Ratliff and the rest of the Trailblazer team.Also, Martell Webster will be starting at the 2 as he takes Juan Dixons spot. My money: on the Heat.

Shaquille O' Neal everyone! 12/12 from the field! He was truly unstoppable as he scored all of his attempted shots, even his free throws. Along with his 26 points he added 13 boards, giving him a double double, 4 blocks with 2 assists. That was probably one of his best games ever since starting the league. Dwyane Wade was kinda of slow in the early going only getting in 6 points in the first half but destroyed the second half scoring the rest of his 25 points and going to the line 9 times. Jon Fajardo continued his team play as he dished out 9 assists 5 of whom were to Wade. I think this could be an excellent relationship for a new trio with Shaq the Power, Wade the HighFlyer and Fajardo the Playmaker. Miami won 94-91 shooting 54% from the field! Looks like a good sign with one game left before the ALL- STAR weekend.

*Game 36 @ Washington W (105-94)*
