my older brother, my older sister (who is pretty solid at 2k6) & her boyfriend....the advantage with the VIP system in 2k series, is when they are not around, I can play their team by loading up their VIP gaming profile....if I do the Association, it'll be mostly based on my team, & probably have small, minor updates on other teams that others control....

Everytime I make a roster change, I will post the updated versions of these.

Im a bit annoyed that there is no normal re-order roster option as well,
but anyway this is the rotation that the Magic will be using this year.
I'm planning to let Redick and Bogans split time at the SG position, but when I play it will be more situational.


Possible Changes on the Horizon:

We are in desperate need of a defensive wingman, Hill has the skills but he only has a few more years in him, possibly even one.
So im looking for someone who can defend the top 2 guards in the League.

Yeah I know what your talking about, what im saying is I would like to have the option to reorder the roster manually like last year, just so the players are in a nice order

Yeah, they have the roster for the IR list... Don't know why we can't have that for a whole roster like you're talking about!

Yeah ive managed to reorder it by rotating players through the injured list, but it took ages and is going to be annoying everytime someone is injured etc

I'm guessing your looking for a pretty much 3rd or so scoring option and a great defender that wouldn't cost you your future?

Eddie Jones? You wouldn't need to give up a whole lot and he's a good defender. Marquis Daniels? Bruce Bowen?

More "expensive guys": Gerald Wallace, Larry Hughes, Andre Igoudala.

Is Doug Christie still in the game? If not, pick him up if you plan on updating the rosters.

Out of all the guys I mentioned and your situation, I would take Daniels. Good defender, solid scorer and can play both guard spots and the small forward. Bowen is aging, and you might not want to give up what it'l take to grab Jones.

Nov 1: Vs 0-0 Chicago Bulls (Played Game)

Recap:
Orlando opened their season with a strong performance against the Chicago Bulls.
The Bulls were tipped to win this game after adding the presence of Ben Wallace to
their squad from last year who fought a good first round battle against the eventual champion Miami Heat.

The Magic looked strong from the start, matching the Bulls point for point for most of the quarter.
Taking a 1 point lead into the 2nd the Magic continued to play efficiently, mostly running
the offense through experienced Small Forward Grant Hill, coupling this with great play from
young stars Jameer Nelson and Dwight Howard the Magic proceeded to extend the lead to 5.
The Magic continued to extend the lead during the third, and with 5mins left in the 4th
and with the game wrapped up the players started to put on some nice highlight plays for the fans.

Dwight Howard earned POG with a strong performance of 20 points and 13 rebounds.
Grant Hill couldn't find his shooting stroke, but contributed though his passing notching up 10 assists.
Ben Gordon was perhaps the only real positive for the Bulls, dropping 40 on the Magic defense.

After seeing the Clippers were wanting to get rid of a SF I realised this could be
the opportunity I was looking for to find a defensive swingman as Quentin Ross fitted perfectly.
I sent out an offer but unfortunately a deal couldn't be worked out as they wouldn't take
a deal involving Carlos Arroyo as the main swap for Ross and they couldn't give
enough in return to make Dooling the main player from the Magic in the trade.


Next Weeks Games:



This week will see the Magic play 3 games away from home against some tough teams.
The Pacers game will be the start of a 3 game road trip for the Magic, which will end the following week.

@ Sam. Yeah I was thinking about that, But I want to get Ariza as many minutes as possible and hes probably a better defender, havent checked if he is stronger than Hedo yet.

@ Flite 23 Yeah I was keen to get Daniels, but sinc ehe just got moved to the Pacers I though it would be a bit unrealistic trading for him.

Anyway I just recently made a trade to solve that issue, it will be posted soon

BTW guys, keep in mind that I havent installed any visual patches yet, so expect the quality of the graphics to increase as I get more patches in the game

Do you like the Rumour feature? I love it as it sometimes give me trade ideas when I don't want them but I do a trade.

I'd love to see you post some more features like the chemistry and how each player is feeling but the player comments are too generic and I'd imagine it'd be difficult updating it all the time.

Quinton Ross would definitely be a nice pickup....get him if the price is right
