Thanks for all the comments everybody. I'll try to get a game in tonight. It might be hard cuz my Raptors are at home to the Celtics but i'll prolly get a game in and post the results by tonight. Once again, thanks for the comments, and i just hope this years dynasty will be more successful than last years. Enjoy.

Game 2 - at Pacers

1st Quarter
Welcome to the Toronto Raptors second game of the season as they are taking on the Indian Pacers in Indianapolis. The Pacers were no match for Chris Bosh who just destroyed the Pacers in the first quarter with his 14 points on 7/7 shooting. He also added 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block. If the Pacers are gonna have a chance they will have to stop Chris immediately. The Pacers as a team scored as many points as Chris Bosh did for crying out loud! The youngster is dominating and look for him to continue to take it to them. The Raptors are up 24-14 going into the break.

1ST QUARTER FOOTAGE
First comes defense, then the Fast break

2nd Quarter
The second quarter seemed like a re-run of the first except for the fact that Indiana did score more but it still seemed like they were getting pounded. Maybe it was because the "Red Rocket", Matt Bonner got 11 points and 6 rebounds on them or maybe it was Pape Sow's 4 blocks that gave signs of destruction, but whatever it was it definitely had an outcom on the second quarter. The Pacers played terrible defense especially at power forward where they are getting dominated by Chris Bosh and Matt Bonner who have combined for 25 points and 10 rebounds in the first half. To add to things, Chris Duhon, the rookie out of Duke University, showed that he could play in this league by showing some nice passes and scoring skills . He is finding that Milt Palacio fouls too much and he might actually take over Milt's place as backup pg very soon. If the Pacers don't figure out a way to stop those 4's then they can kiss their chances good-bye. Stay tuned for the second half as the Pacers try to comeback from a 12 point deficate at the half.

3rd Quarter
The second half started with a good game flow from both sides. Rafer Alston and Chris Bosh took over with their 2-man play. Chris Bosh got points and Rafer Alston got points and assists. The Raptors did outplay the Pacers in the Q outscoring them by 7 points as the Pacers were on the outside looking in finding themselves down by 19 going into the final Q.

4th Quarter
Finally, the Pacers showed some life and the Raptors finally showed let-down. The Pacers outscored the Raptors 22-12 in the 4th. The Raptors shot a miserable 5/25 from the field for 20%. And the Pacers brought it back within 9 points in the dying minute(s) but failed to complete the comeback. Chris Bosh was horrible with his shooting and had only 2 points, but did grab 6 rebounds in the 4th to lead the Raptors over the Pacers on this night. Please joins us next time as the Raptors are being hosted by the "Title Contenders", the San Antonio Spurs. Hope you enjoyed this NLSC broadcast, and until next time, keep ballin' and keep comin' back. Have a wonderful night everybody.

*Sorry for not having footage or images on the 4th Q but I was starring a Power Outage in the eye, so I had to hurry it up and Play n Save the game as quickly as possible. Once again, Sorry. Hope You Enjoyed the Recap.*

Website has been updated. New Rumor.

Kevin Willis as a Raptor again?

Go to Raptor Rumors at the bottom of the page. It's a nice one filled with youth. But it's still not official.

Also, Game at Spurs is on its way.

Raptor Rumors wrote:Kevin Willis as a Raptor again?

The Toronto Raptors are reportedly looking to deal young and talented rookie J.R. Smith. The Raptors are looking for something else that isn't him. He has played fairly decent as a Rookie starter but saw his starting role taken away by Morris Peterson. The Raptors are apparently close to sending the high-flying swingman to the Atlanta Hawks along with others such as possibly Matt Bonner, Tyson Chandler, Milt Palacio or Loren Woods, in return the Raptors would recieve the Hawks mid-1st round pick in Josh Smith, former Raptor Kevin Willis, who will likely retire after the season, and another player that could end up being the Hawks other 1st rounder in Josh Childress, or 2nd rounders Royal Ivey or Donta Smith or possibly even sophmore Boris Diaw. The Hawks are apparently intrigued by JR Smith and are very high on him. The Raptors are very high on Josh Smith as he is a young and extremely athletic player with lots of versatility. As of right now, the reported deal seems to be atleast JR and Bonner for Josh and Willis.

This deal is very good for both teams, and i'd expect it to be done within the next few days.

1st Quarter
Welcome to this evenings broadcast where the San Antonio Spurs are hosting the Toronto Raptors. The Raptors won the tip-off, but were off to a slow start. The Spurs outright won the 1st Q and it showed in the stat department. The Raptors were unable to stop the hot shooting of Spurs guards Emanuel Ginobili and Brent Barry. Rafael Araujo played tough and pulled down 5 boards but that was pretty much the only upside for the Raptors in this quarter. The Spurs go into the 2nd Q up by 7 points.

ImageImageImage

2nd Quarter
Toronto started the 2nd Q hot and were able to find the answer to make the game tighter! That of course is scoring more than their opponents. And they did in this quarter as they tied it up at 47 to be tied at the half. The Raptors got magnificiant bench production as JR Smith scored 13 points in the Q to lead all Raptor scorers. Pape Sow pitched in with his 5 boards, 4 blocks and 2 assists to go along with his 2 points. Milt Palacio was also able to find the open man and he dished out 4 dimes in the Q.

ImageImageImageImageImage

3rd Quarter
The Raptors slowed right back down in the 3rd Q like they did in the 1st. Toronto just couldn't manage to put the ball in the hoop. Rafael Araujo and Chris Bosh were getting blocked left, right and center as Rasho Nesterovic picked up 4 blocks in the Q. The Raptors swingmen just couldn't shot the ball and couldn't even hit their layups. San Antonio goes into the 4th up by 10 points and look to put it away.

ImageImageImage

4th Quarter
The Toronto Raptors were quick out of the gate and were able to reel off 11 straight points going on an 11-0 run within the first minute and 24 seconds. Though the Spurs finally woke up and started to go point for point with the Raps. With 1.6 seconds left Rasho went to the charity strip (up by 1) and missed both, the Spurs Bruce Bowen came up with the rebound and then time ran out and the Spurs won 96 to 95. The Raptors comeback was led by Lamond Murray's 9 points, Pape Sow's 8 points and Tyson Chandler's 6 points. Due to a lack of rebounding the Spurs won by a small margin but a margin of any sort will ensure victory. Thank You for joining us here on NLSC RaptorsTV, and join us next time.

cool should be nice, lookin forward to that. also nice game vs. spurs i jus saw it, nice point distribution no1 scorin over 17 while still scorin 95 total.

the only thing id like to see is longer quarters, maybe 8 min... thats wat a lot of dynasties (including mine) are playin on. its jus about the minimum length that gives close to realistic scores... other then that its great

I don't recommend starting Smith at center. Maybe PF and Bosh at C. He's not much of a C. He's a SF/SG/PF. Nice trade though. (Y)

omg, smith at the 4/5? not a chance. stupid move imo. unless you're going for a super run-and-gun team, that's a crappy move.

josh smith though, should start at the 3. he's too weak for a 4.

The reason im goin with Josh Smith at 4/5 is because he is a decent rebounder and a damn good blocker n he has speed on a lot of 4/5 in the league. And the reason that he is starting 5 is cuz Bosh has midrange game that Smith really doesnt have. Thanks for the comments as well.
