Nov. 6th, 2004 - Conseco Fieldhouse - Indianapolis, IN
The Bulls looking to bounce back after the heart breaking loss to the New Jersey Nets last night, come into Indianapolis to face the Pacers. The Pacers had the best record in the league last year, and look to continue with more of the same this season. Eddy Curry who played well in the loss was here early this morning working on his game, we got a chance to speak with him and he had this to say about yesterdays game. Eddy speaks, "Last nights loss was tough to swallow, it was our first game of the season and we were at home. Things started out a bit shakey, but we played hard and got ourselves back in the game. We watched the tapes the night before and never anticipated Kidd to be on the offensive like that, which left Hinrich at a disadvantage, since our plan was to have him on the offensive. Its still early, we have 81 more games left to prove ourselves."

Bulls (0-1) at Pacers (1-1)
1st Qtr. 26 - 21 Chi
Bulls get off to a good start and end the quarter with a 5 pt lead. Curry ends with 7 pts and 1 rebound. Chandler and Davis also off to the races with 6 pts each and 10 rebounds between the two. Jamal Tinsley in rare form rattles off 10 pts and 2 assists early on, Reggie Miller there to back him up with 6 pts of his own.

Curry ...........And 1
2nd Qtr. 44 - 53 Ind
Pacers turn things around thanx to Tinsley's excellent play, Hinrich or Pargo could do nothing but watch as he ended the quarter with 21 pts (2 assists), O'Neal fairly quiet early on with just 8 pts 2 rebounds, but who needs him to score when Tinsley is having his way with the Bulls. Curry ends with 15 pts 4 rebounds and Hinrich chips in 7 pts with 6 assists, much better production from him (Hinrich) early on.

Leaders at the Half
3rd Qtr. 71 - 78 Ind
More of the same in the third quarter, the Bulls continue to score buckets on the inside as Foster is having the time of his life defending the younger, bigger, Eddy Curry, who finished the quarter with 23 pts and 7 rebounds. They would try to double team Tinsley to help curb his scoring but to no avail, he finished with 33 pts and 3 assists. Artest also gets goin with 13 pts 3 rebounds, and was the starting point of many Bulls turnovers. (As you will see in the final stats)
4th Qtr. 91 - 98 Ind
Bulls would rally and take the lead by as much as 5 pts, but are unable to hold on as they watch this game slowly slip out of grasp thanx to some clutch shooting by Reggie Miller. Bulls walk away from Conseco Fieldhouse with their second loss of the year.
