yeah he did, i would imaging that Odoms stats were down the bottom, so to reduce size or loading time, he just wrote it himself, rather than put 2 pics? am i right?

may be you can try clippers shaun livingston.
i am using lakers in the dynasty mode too
i think he has a great potential in real life, so i brought him in
(he was a back up in my game, behind cassell

i use Jones, sasha, and profit to trade him and they accept.

i think it is a good deal because lakers has so many small forward such as george, odom and walton.
trading jones and profit to get livingston is worth it!!!!

- Too unrealistic. Livingston is the Clippers' project long term!

andykeikei wrote:do you think we need to add a big man for the bench?

I'm a Laron Profit because I'm a Maryland Terrapins fan....the team from that era was awesome....seniors Laron Profit, Obinna Ekezie, junior Steve Francis, sophomore Terrence Morris, freshman Juan Dixon....you had guards like Steve Blake, Sarunas Jasikevicius at various times....

reason why I like the guy is that it was some of the first college basketball I saw, and he was a very good college player....a great athlete, good defender....when Francis arrive from junior college, Stevie and Laron teamed up to make a super athletic tandem....

weaknesses have always been his jumpshot and ability to create his own shot....granted I have seen him play since college, his strengths were his athleticism, his slashing ability and perimeter D....

- Is it me or does Maryland produce decent swingmen/guards? I would say my favourite Maryland product is Juanny... that guy can hit a shot! But I think he woudl neveer move to LA.... It was good to see a Washington native play for the Wizards.. but now, he's somewhere else... where is he again?

- I'm trying to be realistic about this, I use Bynum in garbage time... he's not gonna be on my roster for the first half of this season, thats fo sho! My depth chart at PF and C is as follows:

C: Mihm | Medvedenko | Brown
PF: Brown | Cook | Odom

Dixon is in Portland now....Wizards have taken on quite a few former Terps....aside from Dixon, there was Profit and also Ekezie (I think) for a little while....as for why they produce such good guards, you'd have to ask Gary Williams that

- Well, I'm going to sign a free agent PG at least. I'm looking at these possible candidates to trade for:

- Juan Dixon/Jarret Jack
- D Fish
- Tyronn Lue
- Leandro Barbosa
- Delonte West or one of the other Boston PG's
- Toni Kukoc

okay, your 2 options are:
- Derek Fisher; or
- Boston Celtics' PG

no other please

basically with Fisher, he luvs LA & it is plausible that he would come back now that Phil is back and that the PG spot is vacant, and the fact that the Warriors have B-Diddy....

Celtics have Delonte West, Marcus Banks and Dan Dickau....the most realistic acquisition for the Lakers would be Marcus Banks....Ainge luvs West and it shouldn't be traded....Dickau was only just signed so I'd like to see him stay in Boston....as for Banks, he almost went to LA last year so it's realistic that he would be dealt....I know you would want West for your team, but realism pushes me towards Banks

- Yep, but the others have virtual scenarios too! hehe. Juanny is stuck in a rotation with Bassy, Steve Blake and Jarret Jack. The Hawks could use a big man, and trading Lue will also free up more playing time to share for their SG/SF rotation. I see Barbosa as the least realistic guy to get in a trade. And Kukoc has played for Jax before, I could always give them another young guy in exchange for him.

zmac wrote:Toni Kukoc aint a PG ???

- Damon has just signed with the Cavs and Rafer just got traded to Houston. And they don't fit my plan anyways... Jones wanted more PT and shots, Rafer is good but his style doesn't fit the mold of PG JAx would look for. And kukoc is one of the last surviving Bulls players from the MJ era... he would be good to have in the locker room; in real life of course!

thaKEAF wrote:I'd suggest trading for Jannero Pargo.

- I thoguht bout that but he's not that tall... but he has played for Jax in the past and the Bulls are stacked at PG

Leandro is your man. now everyone is seeing what im saying!

As for working it into your dynasty, just bring up something similar to the Q-Rich or JJ trades...neither were disputing with PHX, yet both traded. Probably not what you want to do, but nevertheless, just an idea.

and as for the fisher/barbosa/nash comment, it was a lame joke saying that Barbosa, is way better then DFish.

Cheers

Man, this dynasty is on hold. I'm way too busy. I was gonna update tonight but I'm pissed...

litertally I'm pissed cause we lost out game by 2 points and that means we cant come first anymore. Damn, and what makes it worse is that I didn't have any food before the game cause i had a fight with my parents- i felt so bad for the whole game... wat makes it way worse? I let the coach down for letting me play the full 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters cause my three at the buzzer hit the front of the rim... rarr...
