THE FACTS: Both teams just came off heartbreaking losses. The Clippers lost control in OT against the pistons 2 nights ago, but Pacers lost at Minnesota by only 3 points in the final moments of the game last night. With Chris Kaman in foul trouble, Roy Hibbert must have thought he was going to have his way in the middle, but he never expected the dominating playing by DeAndre Jordan. The Clippers handled this game from beginning to end. The Pacers made their moves, but the Clippers matched each one with large runs. Eric Gordon returned home but shot poorly in the 1st half scoring only 4 points, but would turn it around and score 19 in the second half.
THE STAT: Clippers Centers:
Starting: Chris Kaman 9 mins, 2 points, 1 rebound, 1 block, 1-4 FG, Fouled Out
Reserve: DeAndre Jordan 32 min, 25 points, 19 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 3 blocks, 10-13 FG, 3 fouls, Player Of The Game
QUOTABLE: Blake Griffin on his buddy DJ, "When Chris got in foul trouble, DJ really came up big for us. He really stepped up and I don't think any of the Pacers expected that."
HOT: DeAndre Jordan came in and completely dominated inside with 19 rebounds, 1 short of his career high. He scored 10 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in the 1Q alone and throw in 2-3 for the FT line. (5-7 overall)
NOT: Chris Kaman got 2 fouls within the first 3 minutes of the 1Q, his 3rd within 1 minute of the 2Q, his 4th within 30 seconds of the 3Q, and 5th and 6th within 5 minutes of the 4Q
GOOD MOVE: Clippers bigs on the fast break. Blake behind the back to DJ with the soft touch.
BAD MOVE: Looks like a highlight? Click on the image to see Brandon Rush in action.
Down by 4 with only seconds remaining, Granger steals the inbound pass and gets it ahead to an open Rush, but then....whoops!
Injuries: Ike Diogu hurt his knee late in the 3Q, but returned to the game. He is listed day-to-day with the injury but is not expected to miss any games.

NEWS AROUND THE NBA
BULLS DENY DENG ON THE TRADING BLOCK
The Chicago Bulls have denied all rumors surrounding their SF Loul Deng being shopped
Bulls GM George K commented,Deng is still on the team,we're counitng on him though and of course we rely on him to play greatly and get an ending to the rumors.
But,I want to say that this Deal could be triggered,if Pistons offer what we want.Deng is important, but not indespensable....
IVERSON RELEVANT AGAIN
Allen Iverson has made the NBA headline today, and its been a long time.
Iverson helped the Wizards defeat the Orlando Magic by 1 point and currently has the team at .500 on the early season
NELSON BROKEN BACK OUT FOR MAGIC
This is the second broken back now (1st being Brandon Roy). Since the Magic are a deep team, they should be okay with Gilbert Arenas stepping up into the starting PG role.
However Jameer Nelson is an important part of the team and if he is out for too long, the Magic may find it hard to stay in the playoff picture.
Rta wrote:If the bulls will trade Deng I think it will be stupid, beacuse he's great player.

THE FACTS: Two high powered offenses went head to head and it was a game of runs. The Clippers started with a 12-1 run, which was matched by the Knicks with a 12-0 run lead by 8 Points from Wilson Chandler. Then the Clippers regained the lead in the 2Q with a 12-5 run only to be matched by an 8-0 by the Knicks. They would end the half with an 7-2 run which would cut the lead to 5. Amar'e Stoudemire struggled with foul trouble and scored only 8 points on 4-13 shooting. To open the 3Q, the Knicks went on a 12-4 run, but the Clippers cut their lead to 4 with a 12-3 run of their own. The gap would narrow down to 1 with another 7-1 run by the Clippers. The 4Q was a different story as the two teams went back-and-forth until the Knicks went on a 16-1 run that the Clippers could not come back from.
THE STAT: In a game that was pretty even though out, the Knicks took it by shooting 86% from the free throw line compared to the Clippers 60%
QUOTABLE: Vinny Del Negro on playing Kaman more than DJ, "We needed Kaman to get back into sync or else we would lose him mentally for the rest of the season. We need to keep pushing him, he is our starting big man."
HOT: Knicks guard Raymond Felton was a perfect from the line, going 17-17. He made most of his damage in the 4Q when the Clippers were over the penalty with over 6 minutes still left in the game
NOT: Knicks big men, by half time all 3 Knicks big men were in foul trouble (Amar'e Stoudemire and Anthony Randolph with 3 each and Ronny Turiaf with 4)
GOOD MOVE: When the game seemed out of reach late in the 4th, rookie Al-Farouq Aminu scored 15 consecutive points which included 2 3 pointers and 3 dunks
BAD MOVE: Coach Del Negro played Chris Kaman (5 Points 2-6FG) 30 minutes and DeAndre Jordan (10 Points 5-7FG) only 23 minutes after Jordan's hot night in their last game. He only used the lineup (Baron-Gordon-Aminu-Griffin-Jordan) that gave them success in the Pacers game for about 6 minutes (4 minutes at the end of the 3Q and the last 2 minutes of the game)
