My starting line-up is
Wade at the 1
Redd at the 2
Rashard Lewis at the 3
Nowitzki at the 4
Kwame Brown as my center.
I'm almost into the playoffs...since Brown is a free agent at the end of the season, I am thinking of getting Stromile Swift in the free agent market, letting Brown go and making JBender my starting center since I got Bender in a trade for Larry Hughes (who I traded Harrington for).
I am also thinking of trading Fred Jones (who I got in another trade) for JR Smith just for speed. Smith is faster than Jones and thus it's easier to break away for dunks on Smith's part.
Is this a good strategy?

Welcome to the forums Koo. 
I like the sound of Fred Jones for JR Smith. Smith's also taller; I personally prefer to have at least one big guard to exploit smaller backcourts and to defend bigger ones.
