"The craziest first game in the first round I've ever seen" - Charles Barkley.Sir Charles said that after the finish of the first game of the series played in the United Center.Many people thought that this is going to be the most interesting matchup in the first round of this year's playoffs and they were damn right.The Chicago Bulls won the game 124 to 119 after two overtimes.
Orlando took the early lead after a 31 to 14 first quarter and it was looking like a sure win.But as late as it gets in the game the Bulls were playing better and better.Derrick Rose started the turnaround with some great moves in the third quarter,he was unstoppable on the high pick'n'roll.Stan Van Gundy decided to double team him but then it was time for Luol Deng who already had 17 on the break.Luol was left wide open too many times and he scored 47 points which was he's career high.
With 9 seconds left to play in the 4th quarter,Rose dropped a 3 pointer to tie the game.In the next play he blocked Arenas' try to win it.So it was time for a overtime.Both teams played safety and no one tried to attack the basket.Chicago were leading when Hedo Turkoglu scored a three pointer over Ronnie Brewer to send it to second overtime.
Derrick Rose took control in 2nd and he scored 9 of his 33 points in the 2nd overtime.So finally the Bulls came with the win after one crazy night in United Center.
