Cousins close to averaging a double double. I think next month turns out better for you.

that's right, your virtual players will enter the NBA next season through NBA draft ;) btw, anybody, who wants can still join this year's draft class, by sending me application, which can be found on first post ;)

Cousins has been playing very well for his rookie season (Y) I hope you're right about next month.

He is great (Y) About the record - I hope that'll change after next month, cause we play some bad teams next month, although we are the worst in the LEague right now

News:
Stoudemire Out for At Least Two Months with Torn Achilles Tendon

The New York Knicks will have to get along without Amare Stoudemire for the next two months as their MVP candidate is out with a Torn Achilles Tendon. Stoudemire left the Knicks 19th November game against Chicago, he never came back, but the Knicks managed to grab the win.

“We will miss him tremendously,” said teams point guard Raymond Felton after he found out, that Amare will be out for 2 months, “he is our leader on the court and he’s had a MVP season thus far.”

The Knicks are 0-4 after Amare’s injury and they have to put it together if they still wants to be in a good position, when Stoudemire returns.

Artest not to play for 3-4 weeks

Los Angleles Lakers has lost a key player too – Ron Artest will be out for 3 to 4 weeks with a broken finger. It was the 30th November game at Houston, when in the fourth quarter Artest broke his finger during a battle for the loose ball with opposition Luis Scola.

“Ron is an important piece in our starting unit, we will miss him, but let’s hope we will make it,” Derek Fisher told to reporters, “We still have Kobe, Pau, Andrew, who can lead the team offensively and defensively, we should be fine.”

It is reported, that Lamar Odom will replace Artest in the Lakers starting line-up.

Bryant, Iguodala voted as players of the month

Kobe Bryant and Andre Iguodala are both voted as players of the month of November. Kobe has been averaging 34 points and 8 assists this month, while the Lakers are first in the West with a 14-3 record. Iggy has led his 76’ers a 10-7 record and the fifth place in the East, while averaging 21 points and 7,5 assists per game.

Griffin and Wall – Rookies of the Month

Blake Griffin and John Wall unsurprisingly are the rookies of the month in November. Griffin is averaging 13,5 points and 10 rebounds, while the Clippers are 7-4 since their 0-6 start. Wall, on the other hand, has led the wizards to the 7th spot in the East with a winning 10-9 record. He is averaging 19,5 points and 8 assists this month.

Orlando fires Stan van Gundy, now in search for a new coach

Orlando Magic (6-9) has decided to part ways with their head coach Stan van Gundy after the team’s poor start of the season. His assistant Brendan Malone will lead the team, while the front office is looking for a replacement at that position.

“This wasn’t the game we were looking for after we did those big trades,” said GM of orland Magic, Otis Smith, “And we think, that Stan was the problem. Not that he is a bad coach, he just couldn’t make these pieces to work together.”

Smith didn’t reveal any possible candidates for the Orlando Magic head coach position, but there are rumors swirling around the league, that one of them could be Kevin McHale, who is currently working for TNT.

Indiana P 4 (Y)
Detroit 15th (Y)

I am a bit surprised Orlando only 13th.

Stoudemire down (N)

We will see if New York can keep P3 up without him.

It's going to be though for them, cause Amare was beasting before the injury and they were 9-2 with him and now are 0-4 without him.

Well, many thought that Spurs are done before this season IRL, so that spot for them is not so surprising for me. And as for Magic - Dwight isn't showing nearly as good game in my dynasty as he is in the real life.

    Aidan Cedric

    SG 6’7 244lbs

    Age: 20

    School: Hofstra

    NBA Comparison: Kobe Bryant

Image

For our first Draft 365 installment we go to Hofstra University, where we meet one of the top prospects of this year’s draft – Aidan Cedric. Aidan is a 20 year old Rookie for the Hofstra Pride basketball team, which he leads in points (23,8) and assists (5,7) in his first season in NCAA.

“I can thank my coach (Mo Cassara, head coach of Hostra Pride) that he gave me the opportunity to play big minutes, although I’m just a rookie,” says the young talent, “I’ve gained much in this year with Hofstra Pride basketball team and now I think that I’m ready for the NBA.”

Cedric is considered as one of the biggest talents in this year’s draft. He is often compared to his idol on basketball court, Kobe Bryant, the man, who is the reason why Aidan plays with the number 8 on his shirt.

“I want to play like Kobe,” he says, “He’s been my idol since I was ten. I remember whenever Lakers came to New York, my hometown, me, my dad and my brother went to MSG to watch them. After that I went out on the court and worked on my game like he did, I repeated some of his moves and practiced till they were perfect”

Aidan may not have the impact on NBA, that Bryant has, but he will definitely be a great player to watch. His strengths are his shot and his understanding of the game or basketball IQ in other words. He also can drive into the lane and throw it down with respect, so he should be a frequent guest in weekly top 10. His biggest flaw is the same problem Kobe had - he is not a willing passer, although he has almost 6 assists per game.

“I want to be a star on whatever team chooses me, preferably New York, but I doubt they’ll drop out to lottery this year,” says Aidan. He obviously has a lot of confidence, which isn’t completely unreasonable, because his skill set and work ethic could sum up to a special player someday, which could turn around franchises in cities like Sacramento, Minnesota or Toronto.

A comparison to Kobe is always good.

Sucks that even the Clippers have a better record than the Spurs. :(

Spurs haven't clicked it together, but I think they'll be in a better position after couple of months :)

With very few dynasty stories around, I think I'll follow this one too. I like the game recaps; simple and easy to read. Will send my info in a bit. :)

Ouch, a tough stretch of games that was. Mostly in Live games when you get the best odds to win the lottery, you end up with the 4th. As it looks like you're in for a tough season, best of luck with that. :D

Not a good start into December but still many games left.

yeah, noticed this thing in live games too, but I still hope I won't have the worst record in the league, maybe I'm too optimistic :D

Yep, 9 games left including twice gainst Minnesota, Warriors, Raptors, Knicks, who are weak now with Stoudemire out, so I think I should grab some wins there :)
