Knicks' 1st Game Road Trip

Minneapolis, Minnesota- Amare Stoudemire with the Knicks will be meeting with their first game road trip these season against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Knicks was third in Atlantic division last season with 29 wins and 53 losses, while the Timberwolves had a worst season last year they have only 15 wins with 67 losses.
"We will start these season with much confidence, my teammates learned a lot from last year journey with the league it was a big disapointment year for us especially for the organization and we don't want to be like that these year again. These team (Knicks) have a great lineup to match up with especially their star players. We hope that we can give our fans a great win these night." Minnesota Timberwolves' Power Forward- Michael Beasley said.
Next Game: For the Timberwolves, they will be visiting the Nuggets with their key player Carmelo Anthony (Nov. 4). For the Knicks, they will going back to New York to welcome and face the Celtics (Nov. 6).

First Game, First Loss for the Knicks

Minneapolis, Minnesota- Minnesota Timberwolves (1-1) got their first win these season after they outscored the visiting team New York Knicks
(0-1). They ended the game with a final score 89-111, it was a neck to neck game in 1st quarter to 3rd quarter. When the fourth quarter started, the Wolves used their big men to took the lead by scoring 35 points in 4th quarter of the game. Kevin Love led his team, he tallied 29 points and grabbed 10 rebounds its his 1st double-double in the league. Wesley Johnson was very confident to take shots, he scored 19 points with four assists with 9-14 field goals made. The back up small forward Martell Webster helped his team with 16 points in just 14 minutes played in the game, Michael Beasley added 12 points.
Not enough for the Knicks.
Danilo Gallinari was the leading scorer in his team. He had 27 points including four rebounds, Amare Stoudemire, he helped his team with 16 points of his own and grabbed 14 rebounds its his first double-double in the league but not enough to beat the Wolves. Raymond Felton recorded also his first double-double in these season with 13 points and dishes 11 assists.
