Utah Jazz: The Rising Stars Dynasty (Gamecube)

Prelude: I've decided to go ahead and start up my Gamecube Dynasty, since I have been having lots of free time in the day that I can't use the computer. Sorry to everyone, but I've ditched the idea of the NLSC Players in my Gamecube dynasty- I've had what I think is a better idea. In case you're wondering, this won't interfere with my Nets PC Dynasty- I'll be playing the Gamecube one when I don't have access to the PC

Another note: I'm not 100% sure how long I will stick with this, as console dynasties are alot of work. I really like the idea though and hope I can keep it going.

"The Rising Stars Dynasty"

The Concept: I've taken the entire Utah Jazz (selected at random) team, and emptied it. I have refilled the roster with some rookies and other underdeveloped players. They are all young- some have a few years in the league but just haven't reached the potential some thought they had. This dynasty is based on the idea of developing them ALL together on the same team. The two highest rated players on the team are 59 overall- the rest vary in overall rating all the way down to 32.


The Settings:

I am currently undecided on what settings to use. I think I'd really like to go 12 minute quarters and go for realism, but I don't think I'd stick with the Dynasty very long if I did that. So for now, I'll say this:

5 minute quarters
All-Star setting
All sliders default except:
Game Speed: 60
In-Air Collision Foul: 50

pretty good concept though idk if i like tremaine folkes in their. One person i would like to see in their is Leon Smith. dude was picked in the first round by the mavs in like 99-00 maybe then he went all crazy and tried to commit suicide. hes like a 38 overall in the game, id like to see if he can be developed. just a thought. once again a great idea.

nice concepts, i also try that once in live 04 but also have Kwame Brown, Skita, and Wagner.

well goodluck with this one, i know its harder than Pc version but i know you can do it.

thanks for the comments. i should mention that i signed both fowlkes and lopez to 10.96 million contracts (only 1 year) so that I wouldn't have any cap room- because I didn't want to give up on this and sign somebody good

maybe you should put dajuan wagner on your team. hes been injured his whole career but had some spectacular games his rookie season.never developed how the cavs thought he would.

i seriously considered it, actually i put him on the team at first......but it ended up being between him and dahntay jones, and i'm too big a fan of jones. maybe wagner can come in in the future

More of a recap coming later, I'm rather busy at the moment. But for now- boxscores. Painful game...this Dynasty is going to be rough. Both of the Jones were pleasant surprises though (Fred and Dahntay). Houston signed Karl Malone apparently
