After my Celtics Dynasty crashed, i wanted to make one with the Hornets. Im not trying to keep the original team, but my plan is to trade some of the old players (Mashburn, PJ Brown etc). My main players will be J.R Smith, Jamal Magloire (When he's back) & JR Smith.

Hope you will enjoy ;)

Hornets signs Kareem Rush and Chris Duhon
The two ultimatepros athletes Chris Duhon[/color] & Kareem Rush[ has been traded for Jamal Mashburn and Rodney Rogers. Jamal has been sent to Charlotte, and Rodney will now be playing for Chicago

Chris Duhon is a 6'1 point-guard, and was picked as #38 in this years draft. The former Duke point guard is known for well placed passes and for being a good leader. He's extremely quick and very athletic. His 02/03 average was 9.92PPG, 6,5 APG & 1,9 SPG.

Kareem Rush was pick number #20 in 2002, and is also a promising player. He has been playing in Los Angeles for the Lakers, and latest in Charlotte for the Bobcats. He's known for being a quick & good shooting SG/SF, and is a good backup for rookie J.R Smith & Baron Davis.

Dont underestimate me! Interview with J.R Smith.

The #18th pick of this years draft J.R Smith, is going to be a new profile at the New Orleans Hornets team. He left St. Benedict's Prep High School as a senior, and has lived his life in Newark, New Jersey. He's 6'6 (198cm) tall and weights 227lbs (103,1kg). He is a well known slamdunker, and has some amazing dunks in his repetoir. He's a good defensive player, when he meets undersized small forwards like himself. If the offensive player is 6'7 or taller he will definately get some problems. His outside shooting is also another of his lethal wepaons - A good outside shooter, and a amazing traffic dunker.

We have inteviewed J.R Smith in a training break!

What is your expectations at this season - Will the Hornets enter the playoffs?
Well I think we have a chance. Our team is full of potential, but without Mashburn, we can definately get some problems. He is a unreplacable player to replace, but i will do my best. If Baron & Jamaal will play like they are known for - i think we might go to the playoffs

What can we expect of you this season?
I think you can expect a lot ;). People has been underesting me, because i only was the #18th pick. But i have alot of offensive skills, and will definately try to do mine, so we can win some matches.
People has been understing me in the offseason, and i will show them what im capable of!

At last.. What do you think of the to new trades - Can Chris Duhon be a replacement for Baron as a point guard, and will Kareem Rush be a decent substitute for you?
Chris will definately be a good point guard with time, and i think he will surpise alot of people. We've only trained together twice, but after what I've seen, he's a great defender and a amazing passer.
Kareem is also a good player, and can shoot from anywhere on the court. I havent played alot with him either, but he will defintaly be a good backup for Baron and me :)

This is a incredible start (Y) I like JR's interview. Keep it up... i'm waiting for a dynasty with the same quality as the Celtics' one.

Btw, a nice lineup for you is Magloire, Brown, JR, Rush and Davis; Rush is better than Duhon.

Nice job, KUDOS man, Glad to see you lost that cyan text...

Quite the choice in using Baron Davis as a SG, I think you could use his speed and good passing for some much needed( in NBA Live ) fast breaks...

On the plus, I am quite certain that your dynasty would go a lot better than the Hornets IRL...

Well i like Duhon, and in my head Davis is a perfect SG (In Live, remember that). If it get problems, i will play with Rush as a SG instead of Davis, and the move Davis to his spot as a PG :)

the only problem i see in davis at the 2 is that he isnt as tall but duhon is a very good point and his pass first mentality will really help with JR and Baron who are both scorers. ive been thinkin of gettin JR but i dont want to mess up my chemistry and plus i wanna see him develop in NO, good luck man

Sorry to say this dynasty is dead before it really started. I didnt really like the team, only JR Smith - And my motivation wasnt in top, thats why this is down

I will soon post a new dynasty, that i hope will last for a long, long time.

You are having a "nba_baller_50 Syndrome". It appears when a guy in a forum has got 2+ dynasties down. It can be deleted if you reach to the playoffs in a 82 games dynasty.
