I tried to download in nba live 08 my uploaded roster in nba live 09 but i can't see it on my nba live 08 ea locker? I really hope that EA can allow users to use the latest rooster on older versions of the same game (nba live 09 to nba live 08 for example) thru AE locker. anyway, i will not ask for this feature if EA did not stop updating their nba live 08 rooster.

They'll never do that. They wouldn't undercut their market for the new game like that. Same reason they shut off the online play.

that's what scares me now on EA. they are very business oriented. releasing games that are not fully functional and yet stopping previous versions updates? why not stop the updates when their "new" game is 100% working? and yes, i also noticed that it's too hard to connect now thru online in nba live 08.

Well, they are a company and it is a business and discontinuing support for older versions/models is not an uncommon business practice. Futhermore, not everything is backwards compatible. NBA Live 09 has a lot of stuff that NBA Live 08 does not with Player DNA and the like, so you can't expect the roster files to be compatible with NBA Live 08.
