Summer league in dynasty mode.

Postby Oskar on Fri May 23, 2008 12:35 am

Well, I'm doing a dynasty, and I would soon like to do summer league also. My problem is, I have made lots of trades during the offseason, signed players and drafted 2 rookies. I would like to put the exact team with the same roster play against some other team with their current roster, but I would like to do it with Play Now mode. Can you tell me, if it's possible ? And then, how.

Thanks.

maybe if you can try copying the players.dbf to backup of one your roster´s (make a copy of one your roster´s and copy players.dbf and put it into to the roster save, replace it, it worked for me, only all-star teams aren´t the same)

no problemo

goto your my documents folder then the NBA Live __ folder (you didnt say which version you had, so fill in __ with 2005, 06, 07, 08, ect)

then goto saves

then find a roster you want to overwrite, the folder names should be the same name as the save name

right click that folder, and copy and paste it in the same folder and rename it.

then go into your dynasty save, click your players.dbf file, hold control and click your appearance.dbf and right click one and press copy

go back 1 folder to the saves folder and go into your roster that you renamed in the previous step

paste and overwrite

go into the game, load it up and enjoy
