Run a game minimized

Is there anyway to run a game minimized ?

if you mean play a game while it is minimized then no.
but basically, when you minimize a game, it is still running. just minimized. and you can't play it.

type in google, d3dwindower. what it does is basically play the game in window mode and you can hide it but it's still running.
