Please explain some terms for me, in game slider

Hi, i'm actually confused with these couple of settings, hope someone can explain it to me properly in full.

I wanted to do some self editing on the sliders. I'm confused with the 3 terms in below.

User Adjusted Shot Percentage
User On Ball Physical Defense
User Poor Release Shot Percentage

If I set Ajusted Shot % to 30, what will it do? What if it is 80?
so are the rest.
(on ball physical defense and importantly poor release shot %. Does it mean the lower the slider, the less likely i'll miss the shot?

Explain explain. Mostly appreciated ~ :P

Adjusted Shot is for Freestyle Air. When you go up with a dunk or layup you can press the dunk/layup button again to adjust your shot. That slider controls how often that shot goes in. The higher, the more often it goes in. The lower, the less it goes in.

On Ball Physical Defense is self explanatory. It's how physical the defense is with the ball carrier. Higher values make the defense bump the ball carrier easier.

Poor shot release is how often a shot goes in when you release a jumpshot poorly, lol. It basically gives you more time to release a good shot when your release time isn't perfect. Higher values will result in more jumpshots going in.
