I would be playing on a PC platform. Is it okay? I play Madden and I'm used to c*** but is it at least playable?

The community has done its best to correct the problems in NBA Live 08 but there's a few issues we can't do much about that I personally can't get past; presently, the only thing I'm doing with NBA Live 08 PC is updating the rosters as I've gone back to an NBA Live 06 Dynasty.
However, it depends how much importance you place on certain aspects of the game. I'm a Dynasty enthusiast so I can't really get past the problem with the generated stats, though I certainly don't want to take anything away from the people who have been working on sim engine fixes to try and correct that. There's also an annoying quirk that makes it difficult to grab the defensive rebound on free throw attempts (namely the inability to move until the ball has hit the rim, the CPU players however can) and some other issues like that, but if you're not too concerned about realistic stats then the PC version of 08 would probably be a bit more appealing.
