both allow play in like season games go to playoffs draft, and repeat right?

The difference between these 2 was the gameplay, 2k series have the best gameplay.


For me, if you want the best gameplay, choose NBA 2k but if you want the patchable game, choose NBA live.

nba 2k8 is far better gameplay wise but i find nba live 08 graphics better

i got xbox 360 so i dun know if can get patches thier

NBA 2K's gameplay is far superior this year. I've been a supporter of LIve for many year since it was called Lakers Vs Celtics but after testing 2K this year, it is hands down NO comparison, the best representation of the NBA game in Video Games. I advise you to test the demos of both and make your decision based on your own personal preferences, likes and dislikes.

I skipped on Live 07 and after playing demos of both brands' '08 editions, I found 2K8 more, by far, to my liking.
