Which playbook should I use if I have a tall guys team?

No matter for 09,08, 07, 06 or whatever, For both offense and defensive, which playbook should I use if I have so many tall guys in my team? I want to get more rebound no matter offensively or defensively?
My NBA Live 07 team average height is 8'6, because you cannot dunk with 8'7 in PC verison LOL!
