i think they can be used for taking screenshots when playing nba live...but my question is, where will the pictures be stored???

You'll find them under a Screenshots folder within My Documents\NBA Live 08.

Another good program that takes direct captures by pressing F10 is Fraps. It can also record video as well.

If you press the key print screen, the image was in you clipboard. You can press press ctrl + v in MSN or the drewing.
