No. Although I have a feeling a moderator is going to enact a limit as to how many completely vapid posts a day a member can make...

There's no limit on posting by default but if someone's posting habits are leaning towards spamming we can enforce a daily posting limit on their account. That's not to say we want to discourage people from posting but we do want to discourage people posting simply for the sake of posting and bumping old threads for no good reason.
