General question: which ratings to edit?

This is a general question. Which ratings should be edited if the point guard drives to the basket too often? And hardly ever gets assists / gets too few assists?

Is their a value that lets him pass the ball more often?
I know there is primacy but if I lower the primacy of all PG scoring PGs would be affected, too.
