what was the laster of the nba live series where you don't have salery cap involed in the game in the multi-season play.

That would be NBA Live 99, the first game in the series to feature multi-season play. NBA Live 2004 was the last game to feature the "point cap", a simplified version of the salary cap set at $1 million and salaries ranging from 30,000 to 300,000 points rather than accurate player salaries.
