Roster updates etc for XBOX360,PS3 ?

Hey everyone,

I've been playing NBA LiVE since the beginning and it's always been for PC. I've been thinking lately to buy an XBOX360 or a PS3 and I'm a total noob in this field.

So, can someone tell me what's going on with roster updates, patches etc in consoles? Do you get stuck with the off-season rosters all year long? Can you download any updated rosters by EA or by someone else? What if EA "forgets" again to add fatigue ? Can you download a patch for it?

EA Sports released a couple of roster updates for the Xbox 360 version of NBA Live 07, the latest one is still available to download free of charge. No other updates or fixes were released though.
