newbie tryin to figure this out.

Not computer inept but not insanely tech savy either for this type since ive played consoles my whole life and now getting into pc gamin.

so general questions super quick.
1. trying to find nba jam legends edition for ps3. so when i finally do, i need to install that on my comp first then the mod right?
2. finding the game for under 49 bucks is hard (which is shocking so any sites people use that are out of the norm would be good) any sites yall use to find these games?
3. i downloaded the RPCS3 Emulator but i dont own any ps3 games so hard to check to see if i did it right cause i dont have a file to drag into it yet. lets say i did it right. i can then go to yalls board for a game and read the directions and download the mod right? i watched a youtube on it but why im askin.

1. You can download Legends On Fire Edition here: NBA JAM: Legends On Fire Edition
I also recommend "2020's On Fire Edition": NBA JAM: 2020's On Fire Edition
And "1990's On Fire Edition": NBA JAM: 1990's On Fire Edition
Follow the installation instructions in the included release notes. You simply install two PKG files. That's it. It doesn't install on top of the original game.

2. Sorry, I don't know. I've owned NBA JAM 2010 and On Fire Edition since the day they were released.

3. After you set up the emulator, just read the instructions to install it. If you have problems, try to be as specific as possible with what isn't working and what error you're getting.
