Wasn't it just a month ago that they announced they were bringing it back? Are they just using cutout faces with expressions for the heads?

They are, with a few different expressions to suit the player's current situation. I'd say it works.

That sucks. They should have atleast released it on the 360 arcade.

I want to say not too long but I dont have the source on that anymore. I thought i read something about that when the first details came out.

No doubt. Perhaps that'll happen if it sells well and the demand is there, but I'm not holding my breath.
