Editing .ubr files...

I want to edit default lighting. Which program should I use, to edit .ubr files?

notepad

right click, open with.... usually works well


also, this would have been a good question to search for an answer too, since this has been asked a lot

I want to delete lighting on the head, because of this lighting, most of the faces looks pretty ugly...The lighting on the body shapes and ball looks good, instead of the faces...So is it possible to do this? If so, which value I should change to make a desired effect?

I dont believe there is a way to just take it off the head and leave it for the body, ball, etc.

the values are pretty self explanatory and there are a few tuts out there but lighting editing didn't catch on till 06, and 2005 is drastically different from 06 and up.

nope, everything has to be manual.
