Nba Jam modding PS3/Wii

hello everyone, i'm trying to edit player textures from ps3 and wii ISO. I have extracted all files from ge_player_big.ast, but I'm stuck on the .dat files...does anyone know how to extract the images or the right file extension? Thank you
