How tu use Agefix?

Guys how can i use agefix??i try to use this agefix file but nothing happen...i update it but nothing happen the age of iverson still 31..how can i use it?tnxs guys in advance

As noted in the instructions, place the batch file along with cdbflite.ini and cdbflite.exe in a roster save folder. Run the batch file, then re-load the roster and start a new Dynasty. If it was applied properly, everyone's year of birth will have changed and the ages will be correct as of last season.

You should be able to, but make a backup first just in case anything goes wrong.
