Euroleague Patch

Hello there.

Well, after long time without NBA Live in my life, I kind of miss it.
last game i played, was Live 07.
my question is, in that game, i had this euroleague patch, a great one, that added many many european teams to the game.
is there a patch like that to later NBA Live's? 08, 09, and 2k9?
what bout Live 07, how can i get this ptach again? is there any way?
