No Portrait-Stats after ESPN Overlay

I dunno if you've experienced this, but after I installed the ESPN overlays 2.2 from the NLSC Database, the Portrait-Stats (the left image with the player's portrait and the number of fouls) on fouls are gone.

Moreover, when a player makes a reach-in foul at the start of a game, the Portrait-Stats appears once or twice, but then there are no displays of this feature on any foul, substitution or freethrow.

I erased the ESPN overlay files from the sgsm folder, of course, but the problem is still there. I wonder what can I change to make this feature appear anytime a foul, freethrow or substitution happens.
