hello guys welcome to my thread that I dedicate for the nba live pc project


i will make a patch called bryan055's Nba Live 06 add ons
This patch will include
10 player faces with sweat
new practice courts ( I converted my prac courts for 07 to 06)
a nlsc integrated art update
new jerseys:
fictional lakers jersey
fictional heat jersey
fictional bulls jersey
fictional nuggets jersey
50 th annivesary jerseys for the pistons
the present jerseys for the hawks and 76ers(optional)
the present jerseys for the raptors
2008 all star jerseys (home for the west and away for the east)
fictional 2009 all star jersey (home for the west and away for the east)

I tried to do some faces and I picked stephon marbury.

The CFs in 06 dont need to have sweat added to them, an external FSH file that has the sweat in it applies to all CFs. So dont worry about that but good luck with the rest.

I kinda mixed Conr4d's normal texture with his shiny texture

the trims looks jagged esp. the one on the white jersey. try fixing that up.
another thing, i bet you can find a much cleaner and better version of the west wordmark.

awesome progress so far, i love the NLSC integrated art update since it really looks like the game was made by the community and for the community! Nice Raptors jersey btw, hope you can work with c0nr4d so i don't have to decide on which to download.

P.S. i think all the new progress should be under one thread since the community can then split up the work so that some people are not working on the same things such as jerseys.

Wow, excellent job on the art man, I hope Andrew sees this, it's like u've almost created a whole new game. BTW I was playing Live 06 last nite for like 3 hrs and by far it was the best time i've been play LIVE for awhile. The CPU made great and smart substitutions for the opposing team such as substituting whoever was tired, using a 9-man rotation and the CPU actually played their players in their 2ndary positions (Posey is listed as a SF but was brought off the bench and played SG while Scalabrine was used as a SF who is normally listed as a PF so that Boston had a Big defensive squad on the floor) and the star players got their touches while the ball was being passed around (no more one pass-shoot bug or Fast-break bug right after you score) If somehow we can make the game look like LIVE 08 graphic-wise, the game would be perfect IMO

Bro, I have already extracted all the files (except for the LA and ALL STAR folders) in the sgsm folder but the jerseys didn't show up..Did I miss something?

In installing my patches you must not just use the extraction function ,you must select all files inside the folders that is inside the zip folder manually and click copy then paste it into your sgsm folder.


P.S. LOOK AT YOUR SGSM FOLDER YOU WILL SEE A FOLDER NAMED BRY_06JERSEYS.....................................

Ya, after i finished downloading, i noticed that it is a rar file. So I extracted it and I saw a BRY_06JERSEYS folder. What I did was, I cut and paste all of the fsh files and everything in it into my sgsm but it couldn't see the new jerseys in the game.
I'll try to do it again later, anyway tnx bryan!

note: I didn't copy/paste the LAKERS and the ALL STAR jerseys because I was excited to see the new Hawks Jersey.

Um, correct me if I'm wrong Bryan, I just noticed that you didn't include any jersey portraits so that means, when I choose to play the Hawks their new unis will still be substituted with the old one in the jersey selection. Am i ryt?

even without the jersey portraits you can still play my jerseys in your game that does not mean if you can't see a 2008 hawks jersey portrait in the jersey selection menu the old hawks jerseys have not been replaced
