I've also added the Uninjured version in this update. Download the latest roster
here.
Key features of v1.03:
- 2005/2006 Rosters accurate as of 01/01/06
- Player ratings updated
- Primacy ratings adjusted for better shot distribution
- Freestyle Superstar abilities corrected
- Player positions and data updated/corrected
- Teamgear updated
- Uninjured version added
Additional Release Notes
- This isn't a ratings heavy update. I probably missed a few updates which will be made in v1.04.
- I have restored nearly all of the FSS abilities. There's some I feel weren't warranted so they've remained disabled. Those will be subject to review in future versions.
Updating a Dynasty in progress
A little more work on this one so no changelog for individual players. However, if you'd like to update players whose FSS abilities have been restored (or indeed any players whose ratings have been updated) it can be done fairly simply:
1. Back up your saved Dynasty
2. Open the players.dbf fles for your Dynasty and the latest roster (it's much easier if you're using DB Commander or another editor that allows you to open two databases simultaneously)
3. Copy all player ratings as well as the VALIDSSTAR and SUPERSTAR values from the current update to your Dynasty save.
4. Load your Dynasty save from within the game. Assuming all has gone well, the players will be updated with their FSS abilities restored and the rest of your data will be intact.
And as always...
Please base feedback on the current version.

Another quick update, good job I suppose....
I'm not annoyed or anything but you could have waited for the Artest trade but I suppose you have something else to change in the next update if you know what I mean
Anyways, good job as usual

For everyone's convenience, I've included a text file (Primacy Fix.txt) with a listing of corrections that can be made to player's Primacy that should ensure the right people lead their teams in scoring even after all the Primacy ratings are recalculated by the game after editing a player, creating a player or an injury occurs in Dynasty Mode. You can also find that document
here.
I've found that editing these key players while allowing the game to determine the rest of the Primacy ratings yields good results (most of the time - the game's stats engine is of course still sketchy). I'll be adding to the list as I continue my work with the Primacy ratings.

I wanted to get the FSS issue resolves as soon as possible. A transactions/lineups update is very quick and easy to do.

Yeah Jugs usually when a trade happens while Andrew's rosters are still old all you gotta do is sign and release the players to the new teams through the main menu (not dynasty)...I'm pretty sure it keeps the correct contract also.

Good Day! I am new to this forum and I want to thank everyone for their work. I have a problem. After I first installed the patch update (v1.02 or smth) everything seemed to work fine. I tried to play a one on one jordan vs. barkley and my game closed and it instantly exited to windows. I installed v1.03 (the latest) and i have the same problem. I try to play a game like memphis@lakers (for example) and my game crashes at load time. I dunno what to do, and I dunno why this started happening (is it because that game i tried to play? any problems with those players??) What can I do?

Good job! It makes the game plays great and look great. I love the accessaries on T-Mac.

Great job man..
I noticed you said that you will release the 1.04 patch when artest will be traded.. so if the trade will delay for a month... the patch will be delayed for a month?
Tue Jan 03, 2006 2:13 pm
Andrew, I'm sorry if I forgot to mention this, Brevin Knight becomes a Playmaker if you change his Off. Awareness to 81 from 80, I think that's a minimal enough change that it can be done.
Tue Jan 03, 2006 5:27 pm
Thanks a lot dude!
There's only one little thing that bugs me tho. I think Boris Diaw's ratings are way too low... (I can change them myself so that isn't too big a deal)
Thanks for the great rosters mate!

OMG Ben Wallace not power ........wtf ? man pls do not fix power freestylers !!! ben is more power if compare with other powers pls man do not change power freestylers in your rosters
Wed Jan 04, 2006 6:01 am
Been is power, but he is more of a inside stopper than he is power. thats what his rep is based on, blocking inside shots and rebounds more than being a power threat. But with that said i guess everyone sees it differently. I am very impressed witht he work that Andrew has done with these files. Keep up the good work Andy
