codebase error

help!!!
my dynasty crashes after several editing. it says codebase error: error reading .../workingdb/players.dbf
any idea how to solve it? thx a lot--as long as you reply! :cool:

It usually means there's an invalid value in the dbf or possibly the file is corrupted. Replace the players.dbf in workingdb with an original one from the CD (or originaldb if it's untouched) and you should be fine.

thx... i tried, not working

then i backuped the save folder and reinstalled the whole game, put save backin and still not working. what can i do then?

I'd say there's a problem with the players.dbf in the save file itself.
