New Shoe Patch

With so many brilliant new PEs being released in recent weeks, and my completely incapable of patching them into my game myself, I'd love to get some sort of patch added on top of what Seraph has already done with his first XIX patches, or for somebody to walk me through how to fully patch a shoe via AIM. I understand Seraph has been busy (I believe I read that), but I'm just dying to get all these PEs in my game!!
