it's good to hear that LIVE 06 will have better camera angels, and new AI. Looks like there's gonna be a lot of improvements (Y)

Lets hope it becomes a Lebron James, rather than a Kwame Brown.

In terms of hands-on time, the only thing we got to see was a revamped free-throw system that works a lot like the swing meter in the Tiger Woods golf series. You won't be pressing buttons to let loose your FTs now; instead, your stroke will depend on your deftness with the left analog stick. To begin your shot, you pull back on the stick and then, at the apex of your arch, push forward to release the ball. Obviously, good timing and a fluid motion will result in a sweet release but, based on our Shaq-like "oh-for" performance, we need some more practice at it.

Sounds like something we'll have to get used to. This is where a Free Throw Practice mode would come in handy. I'm a supporter of the old T-Meter system, but I'll have to wait until I play it to make an educated judgement whether this new system is any good or not. Right now, I'll call it "interesting".

That screenshot on the site is very impressive, you can even seen the texture of the skin on his face. Nice work EA!

If they improve the blocking and stealing, have an energy bar for turbo and freestyle like in 2K, and make it harder to push the tempo in games I'll be happy with anything else they do.
