The first update may not be a ratings heavy update, it'll be mostly transactions. But I'd like to make some corrections, especially any glaring ones.

a glaring error is Kyle Korver. His 3pt rating is tooooo high. I know he is good but he is so unrealistic in this game. You can double team him and he still makes the 3 pt shot and if you attempt half court shots he makes 1 out of every 5. UNREAL.

even people playing on EASO cheese with him and score 40 to 60 points with him. this aspect of the game is so fake.

I just hope Andrew puts Louis Williams on the 1.0 update, it would really be appreciated

Last year, Kyle Korver was first in the NBA in three-pointers made, converting 226 treys on a .405% clip. So I think his high 3PT rating is well deserved. Maybe his FG rating is too high, but if it were lower he wouldn't qualify as a "Shooter Superstar" anymore.

Maybe you should just adjust your sliders or switch to Superstar level if you believe hitting jumpshots is too easy.

However, Mobley was 1st in 3PT% so his should be higher too I think

Mobley was 3rd in 3Pt%, not 1st. But he "only" had 150 made three-pointers for the season, compared to Korver's 226.

Andrew, please refer to the sticky thread titled "Playmakers playbook selections" under the Nba live 06 General board. Better yet http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic29604.php. Please try to incorporate the team plays/strategy in the first roster patch before release. Apparently, we can now apply PLAYMAKERS team plays/strategy findings to the roster. This will save us from having to load the plays for the cpu before a game. I know this will take some work, but it'll improve how the game plays TREMENDOUSLY from what I have seen. Looking forward to this years patch as always!! We commend you for your continued efforts!!

I'll try to get it done for v1.00. Still have some players to create. If you'd like a quick progress report...I'm at the stage where I could release the rosters as beta but I'd prefer not to do that as I'll get heaps of emails/posts telling me about players I've "forgotten" and ratings I haven't changed.

Just a heads up - I probably won't be creating many of the "training camp fodder" players but I want to make it as complete as possible which is why I haven't released it yet. That, and I've been caught up with other things.

I was going to say the opposite thing. I know this sugestion is not going to be popular, but in honour to his memory i think you should keep him on the roster.
When Malik Sealy passed away, i didn't retire him from my game.
This is only a game, that's real life. I think it doesn't makes any bad to keep him.

i think u should include j collier in the game in honour of him but put him in free agents

He'll still be in the database but on Team 38 (Retired) along with Reggie and Divac.

Andrew could you add in a future version the NBDL teams with their rosters so we could ship the NBA players to the NBDL teams?

I won't be adding teams but I could add the players to the Free Agent pool. That would work the same way in NBA Live 06 anyhow.

Will you add Fran Vazquez?

I haven't decided yet. Probably not as he's not coming to the NBA, but if I do he'll be in the Free Agent pool, not in Orlando until such time that he does sign with them.
