Should EA add new players rating?

Wat about a rating that can pump them up each time they make a good shot or make a huge dunk, if their 'pump' rating gets high enough, they go on fire or something

yes, they need to more with the ratings!...it's complicated but I think they need way more categories that will hopefully make every guy play like the real life player....
