No, 4x is 2048. Remember, everytime you go up an "X" the resolution is doubled. Although, 4 times 256 is 1024, so the way you are thinking is correct. When I think 4x, I take the 1x resolution and double it 3 times - 512, 1024, 2048. 3x jerseys might be possible(768x768), but might not show up correctly. The way most Live texture resolutions work is that they are doubled, but it all depends on the format and whether the game supports those resolutions. Some of the textures in Live, like the tattoos and accessories, support any texture resolution, even with odd numbered dimensions.

I don't know anything about getting other game's animations to work with Live. I just did that little test so I know that it's possible.

its the numbers that'll mess up because i've tried plenty resolutions but only ea's set resolution work with numbers not leaving a delusional image, only if theres no numbers will the jerseys show correctly

you've been doing work in 07/08, in 2005 and 06 we have this fantastic little program called "Jersey Raptor" that lets us do a lot of fun shit.

NBA Live 2005 would've been a solid choice too. Some of the new/updated features in 06's Dynasty Mode is mainly what sold me though.

Well 2005 is going to greatly benefit from this project as well since more fsh and ebo files are able to work in both games.

I have been working an a solid AIACT for a while on and off. Mainly been playing a version for my league that makes the game more enjoiable.

I have combined some AIACTs ade by others with my own. I will post a video of a one on one between KG and Tmac and a video of a game between Lakers and Portland with my league rosters.

I have changed the aiact in such a way that there are few cheap dunks and lay ups from under the rim. Players will take real fade aways like theri real life counterparts (taken from the superstar abilities)
Also i have changed the blocking and contesting a bit so that the jumpers get blocked more often.

No FSS triggers are used in my AIACT. The moves are randomly done by the CPU based on the position and angles. The fade aways are done ofcourse witht he analog flicking to the side.

video coming soon.

Here is the One on One video i was talking about.

again......no FSS triggers were used all moves were made with normal buttons.

True, and as long as someone's maintaining a roster update for 2005 then the NBA Live PC stuff can definitely be put to good use there as well.

Wow i love what you did to the blocks but somehow i found some minor bugs of your editing it seems that the players are having the same shot style like on what you did to Tmac and Kg they seem to have the same shot..If we could just found a way that we can post the moves from the ps2 march madness then it would really be great..just keep on improving your aiact man im sure youll make it perfect :D

If someone could upload the file to a different server, I would be very grateful... FileFront doesn't work for Argentina (N)

Mon May 26, 2008 8:20 am

Here is my second video with my new AIACT test. No FSS moves were used and again i took a lot of the fade aways and off balance jumpers to test the effective ness out witht he blocking. Came out decent allthough some blocks on jumpers don;t register as blocks somehow.
