This project is for NBA Live 06, not NBA Live 08. For the record, I don't just assign ratings randomly, I do look into the stats and take into consideration what they do in the game. I don't claim to be perfect but I'm not new to roster patching either.

In any case, ratings are easy enough to change and the rosters are under control, there's no issues there that cannot be easily resolved. Getting all the art together for a proper release is the priority at the moment.

Just some info for you. Any headshape used from 07 or 08 needs to be converted to 06 in order to look proper. There are slight differences in the uvmapping and other things that can cause a players face to look weird. It's an easy process for me, but the headband process is hard and tedious.

Was George Mikan originally in 06?

For which game? I'll have new rosters for 07 and 08 out in time for the All-Star Weekend. As for the NBA Live PC project for 06, it depends on when we can get enough art to do a decent full package release. I can't be any more specific at this time, sorry.

Hi Andrew, just a thought with regards to the Live 06 project. I know it'll be great if all the details (like who's wearing headbands, who's not) reflect their real-life counterparts but will it be easier if the project went ahead with the fsh files first? At least all the pink faces will be taken care of and the roster can be released; while the fine-tuning can be along the way. That way, those who have waited in anticipation of the roster can start playing (at least that'll take some load of your shoulders) while the fine-tuning is being done (with patchers who have volunteered).

It's the link in the first post in this thread under "Beta Art Pack". It contains missing art that can be used with the beta rosters but because the headshapes haven't all been converted yet, players who use a headshape from 08 cannot wear headbands. You can assign them but they won't show up until the headshapes have been fixed.

hey andrew.. can you make a patch for the jerseys separately so that we can test it also on our game if it works properly.. (if you just already finished working on the jerseys).. and another thing, do you also work for updating the arena of all the teams? thanks....

I don't make jersey or court patches. I just do rosters...that's why we need some more people to help out with the art updates for the project.
