Did you install the 100MB Version Setup? The 100MB has the Speech Files (for most of the Rookies) ...when you just downloaded the Rosters you need the xarplhdr Files!...look at my first post...There is the link to donwload this files!...

I installed the 100 MB set up and even downloaded the xarplhdr files but for some reason the PA announcer still wont call the rookies by name but only by number...But its a great patch...just having problems with the speech files...

Milo I will try now your rosters....Just one thing I would like to add. In my opinion wouldn't be better to join forces with Ole English? So people would come away with even better patch....

Yeah, something is definitely wrong with the speech files. Have you tested them? JJ Redick's name doesn't get said and then after it was supposed to say his name it won't say anyone else's for the rest of the game. Checked Adam Morrison as well and it just said Number 4 or something like that.

Did you check and match all the ID numbers?
Darko's head is pink with no portrait either.

Otherwise, fantastic patch. I hope you stay on and keep updating. If people have problems they should post them here and you seem more than willing to fix any problems.

I would be on the bandwagon! ...Before i've started this Roster i didn't know that Ole was doing them same!...I've asked people who would help to make this roster happen...but neither was intereseted! ... so if he wants I'm open to do this thing together!

you need a CF and Portrait for Darko....on my last release i think i've included him (the 100MB file)
and yes Speechfiles should also work (right now i've tried JJ Redick and it works)! ...I will check that with some other Rookies who should have speech files!...

did you checked if the speechfiles were copied? xarplhdr in this directory \yourlivefolder\audio\speech\arena

did you use the latest Roster?

Downloaded your recent patch and I'm still having the problems with the Rookie Speech.....I tested Redick again. The problem with Darko of course is fixed. Don't know why I can't get the speech to work. Everything was downloaded correctly, I triple checked. Roster was loaded.

I don't know.....Can anyone who has downloaded the patch get JJ Redick's name to be announced?

Yeesss that fixed it ..I downloaded this and use your roster and now the rookies are being called by their name. I have only tried it with bargnani, roy and reddick but so far so good.. Thanks for this wonderful patch.. (Y)

Are all the pink heads fixed, and is the speech working? Also did you update the shoe patch up to v.24? I want to try this out again to see how smoothly things are running. Do you have msn messenger/aim?

nope didn't got time to update the Shoe Patch to v.24!
speech file should work when you download my whole arena folder!
Pink heads? I've just only 5 Pink heads in my game (look in the Request Forum which players I need)!
I will make today my last update for a while!
