What is Harringtons salary?
Id look at Magloire, Bogut, Dwight Howard etc. But if your the Hawks, you need Size badly.

Steven Hunter is a good bang for the buck in the game.. really good shotblocker at a salary of 2.14m (can't remember the exact figure, but less than 2.5m) and should not be that hard to get at an overall rating of 65.
The rest I could come up with are the usual suspects, like Dalembert, Okafor, Howard (might be too tough to get though), Bogut, etc...
