Quit Game problem

I was playing my dynasty and I finished the game and clicked 'quit game' to leave to dynasty central and it exited me out of the game into windows.

It's happened twice now. I can't save it since it quits the game. It worked once after the first time, but now I just played another game and it quit into windows again.

Thank god that it didn't happen to me up to now. Is it only after a certain game or is it not? In NBA Live 2005 I had to simulate one game against Orlando because if I wanted to play it, the game crashed (went to Windows).

Maybe it's a similar error for you?

I can get into the game, maybe it's a pattern. Let me play one game and have it crash to windows when I quit to the dynasty central, then let me play the game and go to dynasty central. So I have to play 2 games in a row. Hopefully the next one I play is going to let me quit then save.

Plus Bosh and 26 points and 16 rebounds on the last game I just played, but of course, couldn't save.
