How do you install Player potraits and cyberfaces?

sorry, im asking so many questions. I'm a real noob at this. I DLed it and i put it in the sgsm folder, what else? i dont get it.

So you put files in sgsm folder,and nothing else you can do.Just go to the game and enjoy patches

u need to load ure savegame file =)
