Both are good choices. I'd rather develop CP3 and JR Smith than Marvin Williams and Salim, though. Go with the Hornets.

Atlanta is really a solid team in the game. When i paly with them i have:
C: trade for a good player (i suggest Childress for Nene)
PF: Josh Smith
SF: Marvin Williams (in the game a good shooter)
SG: JJ
PG: Salim

Atlanta would seem to be more fun to play with.
