Grab the MJ cyberface from here made by Legim

Go here and download and unzip all the files to the save folder (eg. My Documents\NBA LIVE 06\saves\XXX, where XXX is your save name) you wish to add MJ too

Run the add-mj.bat from the folder, and if all goes well MJ should be added to both the 90's All-Stars and the Legends pool


Note: Ratings, gear, etc based on the MJ that Andrew added to his roster patch for NBA 05, also, you will have to change his shoes

agree i think there are a lot of legends cyberfaces patches from past nba live versions. all you need to do is look for them, convert them into 06 etc.
