Vertical: How can I measure this? If I put a ruler I cant hold it and then jump off ground.

93 kilos = 204 lbs
If you are 5 feet and 200 pounds you either buff as hell or fat.Vertical: How can I measure this? If I put a ruler I cant hold it and then jump off ground.
Stan next to a wall, reach up & touch as high as you can on the wall. (do not go onto your toes though)
Mark the spot the top of your hand reached (either with chalk, tape, or best way...sperm)
Standing in the same spot, jump up as high as you can with no more than one step and use your hand to touch the wall, making a second mark.
Measure the distance between the two markings & this is your vertical leap.

NovU wrote:Good numbers by the way, though your stats say you are not really dominating on the offense. Work on your dribbles, penetrations, pull back jumpers and long range games. I think air force whatever it is called that Sit has been practicing(to help your air time) will help your athletic ablities as well. Good luck.
