yeh thats coz its been so long since they released an album they r generating interest from a different age-group and thats all they know

Tue Feb 01, 2005 4:23 pm

American Idiot is a track that sounds so child punk that it can get on Nickelodeon's All That.....seriously that song is such a bubble gum rock type song....

Green Day's older stuff is waaaaaaaaay better......

its just like Korn I guess.......their turning into Limp Bizkit by singing songs like Word Up (n)......I hope they get back to the Freak On A Leash days (y)

Has anyone ever listened toanything by Children of the Corn?I'm just listening to their album Harlem, USA. It's quite good, although It's pretty shitty quality.

If I'm not mistaken it's Big L, Cam'Ron, and Mase from back in the day. At least that's what I've heard, and what it sounds like.

Tue Feb 01, 2005 5:30 pm

American Idiot has a couple of good songs on it (Are We The Waiting, Jesus Of Suburbia), but it's nowhere near as good as Dookie or Nimrod. As far as Korn goes, I thought Untouchables was fantastic, but I'm not too sure about Take A Look In The Mirror. Either way, they don't really look like dropping off... you've just gotta appreciate the songs that aren't as mainstream friendly as Freak On A Leash etc.

Tue Feb 01, 2005 6:41 pm

yeah that's them

Tue Feb 01, 2005 7:27 pm

Follow the leader was a pretty good album (Y)

anyone like 213:s the Hard Way? That was one of the best albums last year

Tue Feb 01, 2005 11:02 pm

Korn did Word Up and Another Brick in The Wall because they are releasing a cover album which i believe is going to be called Greatest Hits Volume 2 (dont quoate me on it) but i guess they thought they did such a great job with those 2 songs that they would release them earlier on Greatest Hits Volume One but yeh probably the best Korn album is Life is Peachy closely followed by their self-titled album

oh okies.....my fav Korn songs if Falling Away From Me and Somebody Someone....

ne wayz here r some lyrics :eyebrows:
Chevelle - Point #1
Tool - Stinkfist
Beck - Loser

It seems I’ve gained the world but have nothing
To keep tabs upon this loss isn’t wasted time
Face opportunities to recognize now we have time
Rebuke, don’t choke on this twisted dream
¡®cause he’ll pay for it, the whole sum
Or magnify pain is point number one
¡®cause he’ll say pay for it, the whole sum
Or magnify pain is point number one
It seems I’ve gained the world but have nothing
To keep tabs upon this loss isn’t wasted time
Face opportunities to recognize now we have time
Rebuke, don’t choke on this twisted dream
¡®cause he’ll say pay for it, the whole sum
Or magnify pain is point number one
We need a healing aloe plant
Your soothing hands run down my back
Hate - well couldn’t do, couldn’t do no wrong
Hate ¨c watch it boy, this could do you in
Much like a healing aloe plant
Your soothing hands run down my back
Much like a healing aloe plant
Your soothing hands run down my back
Much like a healing aloe plant
Your soothing hands run down my back

Something has to change.
Un-deniable dilemma.
Boredom's not a burden
Anyone should bear.

Constant over stimu-lation numbs me
and I wouldn't have
It any other way.

It's not enough.
I need more.
Nothing seems to satisfy.
I don't want it.
I just need it.
To feel, to breathe, to know I'm alive.

Finger deep within the borderline.
Show me that you love me and that we belong together.
Relax, turn around and take my hand.

I can help you change
Tired moments into pleasure.
Say the word and we'll be
Well upon our way.

Blend and balance
Pain and comfort
Deep within you
Till you will not have me any other way.

It's not enough.
I need more.
Nothing seems to satisfy.
I don't want it.
I just need it.
To feel, to breathe, to know I'm alive.

Knuckle deep inside the borderline.
This may hurt a little but it's something you'll get used to.
Relax. Slip away.

Something kinda sad about
the way that things have come to be.
Desensitized to everything.
What became of subtlety?

How can it mean anything to me
If I really don't feel anything at all?

I'll keep digging till
I feel something.

Elbow deep inside the borderline.
Show me that you love me and that we belong together.
Shoulder deep within the borderline.
Relax. Turn around and take my hand.

In the time of chimpanzees I was a monkey
Butane in my veins and I’m out to cut the junkie
With the plastic eyeballs, spray-paint the vegetables
Dog food stalls with the beefcake pantyhose
Kill the headlights and put it in neutral
Stock car flamin’ with a loser and the cruise control
Baby’s in reno with the vitamin d
Got a couple of couches, sleep on the love-seat
Someone came in sayin’ I’m insane to complain
About a shotgun wedding and a stain on my shirt
Don’t believe everything that you breathe
You get a parking violation and a maggot on your sleeve
So shave your face with some mace in the dark
Savin’ all your food stamps and burnin’ down the trailer park

Yo. cut it.

Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?

Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?

Forces of evil on a bozo nightmare
Ban all the music with a phony gas chamber
’cuz one’s got a weasel and the other’s got a flag
One’s on the pole, shove the other in a bag
With the rerun shows and the cocaine nose-job
The daytime crap of the folksinger slob
He hung himself with a guitar string
A slab of turkey-neck and it’s hangin’ from a pigeon wing
You can’t write if you can’t relate
Trade the cash for the beef for the body for the hate
And my time is a piece of wax fallin’ on a termite
That’s chokin’ on the splinters

Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?
(get crazy with the cheese whiz)
Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?
(drive-by body-pierce)
(yo bring it on down)
Soooooooyy....

(I’m a driver, I’m a winner; things are gonna change I can feel it)

Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?
(I can’t believe you)
Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?
Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?
(schprechen sie deutches, baby)
Soy un perdedor
I’m a loser baby, so why don’t you kill me?
(know what I’m sayin’? )

Dre is probably the best producer around these days with alot of creditbility. he didnt discover 2pac. but he did discover Snoop and almost every west coast rapper you hear nowadays. it seems like all these guys grew up in compton or somewhere in the Ghetto's of the USA. Eminem raps about his kid, crack whoere mom and wife. 50 raps about cars, woman, party's, G-unit, and how hes too rich other rich folks dont like him. The game raps about anything to do with drugs, compton and coming up. didnt dre rap about everything 50 and The game rap about now.

yes, and didn't you know that 2pac didn't like Dre in the end? Ever heard "To Live and die in LA?"

"California Live 2 without bitchass Dre" or however pac put it

to me Dre is partly responsible for the shitty rap that is released today

edit. found it:

Dre is a fake bitch ass that should give it up. Pac dissed him so many times (Toss It Up and Fuck Friendz)

Dre had Jay Z ghost write Still Dre for him, i mean, if you cant write your own lyrics then you aint shit. His production is overrated as well....theres so many producers better than Dre

Snoop aint shit either, he might as well be corn soup that's how sad his music is now....and yet everyone feels the need to keep Pac's name in their mouth.
